- Take a pot let it warm then add oil and let it heat up now turn flame to mediun and fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
- Tips: - - Steaming before frying is to ensure that chicken will be cooked properly. - Seiving flour will make the coating light and super crispy. - it is important to keep chicken in cold place before frying so that coating will remain intact on chicken while frying.
