- Prepare 1/2 Cup Prawn

- Add palm oil in a pot set on medium heat, when hot add sliced onions. - Fry till translucent (it takes about 6 to 8 minutes)
- Add locust beans and saute till fragrant, then add blended crayfish (fry for 2-3minutes). Add blended scotch bonnet and chopped shombo
- Add seasoning cubes, salt to taste and fry for 5-6minutes. (Stir occasionally. If using stock, try not to add much salt because the stock already has a considerable amount of salt)
- Add 3 cups of water and cook for 4 minutes, then add chopped kpomo.
- Add parboiled rice, Stir and combine thoroughly.
- Add smoked fish and prawn then combine again,cover and allow to heat, till rice is properly cooked then turn off heat.
- Add Efo-shoko, Stir to combine. And food is Ready!!!!!
