- Chicken Marination : Wash chicken and then add younger, tandoori Masala, red chilli flakes, ajwain,yellow food colour and salt and left for 20 mints
- Now add oil in a pan and add marinated chicken in it and stir for 3 to 4 mints then cover and let it cook until chicken was done
- When chicken was done them shut the stove.. And heat a charcoal over a stove then put it in the pan of chicken add oil over charcoal and quickly cover it and left for 3 to 4 mints
- Then put the coal out and then add the gravy in serving tray and and garnish onion slices and serve..
