- In a pan take oil and add Bari ilachi dar chini and clove when voices come add ginger paste and chicken and fry it
- In a separate pan add onion and garlic and add little water and let it boil on medium flame for 15 min. Off the flame and let it cool and grind it
- When chicken turns golden brown add grinded paste and add all spices except garam masala
- Let the flame high that water start dry than add grinded tomatoes keep flame high and cover it
- When water dry add Yogurt and bhonify than add little water and put it on dam for 15 min we
- Chicken gravy is ready to eat enjoy with naan,paratha roti whatever
