  1. Cut chicken into four pieces. Marinate for one hour with garlic ginger paste, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, mixed spices, lemon juice and the water.
  2. On low flame add oil and place the chicken pieces and add half the marinated water on a pan. Cook them on low flame for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add remaining water and cook other side of the chicken for another 15 minutes. I cooked it in low flame to keep the gravy.   10. Place it on hot pan. When it gets brown apply oil. Turn it and do the same until both side gets golden brown.
  11. To make raita add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 table spoon sugar, 1 teaspoon of black pepper to one cup of curd. You can also add chopped cucumber to. Mix them well. You can add some raita on top of the pan fried potatoes to decorate them.
  12. Chop onions, tomatoes and coriander. Add salt and mix them together.
