- for whipping: add all ingredients together whip on high speed with hand mixer or stand up mixer till you get thickend consistency refrigerate till cupcakes cool
- now frost cupcakes as you like, I used a piping bag with a round tip, but you can also use a ziplock bag just cutting a bigger hole in corner and frost. I topped with a hershey kiss, & cookie. Add to cupcake dust with cocoa powder and sprinkles.Enjoy
