Keep the rolled stuffing inside and pinch all the end towards centre to cover the stuffing. To make the biscuit dough: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. - For the preparation of dough, mix all the above ingredients and knead the dough. Add water according to your requirement. Let it rise for one hour.
- For chicken filling, in a pan heat butter and then sauce onion. Next add maida and stir it. Then add milk gradually and keep stirring until you observe a saucy appearance. Next add all the seasonings ie salt, black pepper, white pepper and onion. Cook for a minute on low flame and the turn off the flame. Now mix your boiled chicke, capsicum and green onions in the sauce mixture.
- For assembling, roll the dough using a rolling pin in a rectangular shape. Spread out the chicken filling at one side and roll the dough as shown in the video
- Cover for another half an hour to rise. Give it a egg wash and sprinkle Kolangi and till.
- Place the bun in a greased pan. Bake at 180°C for half an hour
- Serve and enjoy.
