4. Slit the cake horizontally into two parts and sprinkle sugar syrup. Cool the sugar syrup before using.
5. Place 1/2 of the cream well on the lower part and add chopped cherries or strawberries
6. Spread the cream and fruits evenly.
7. Place the top part and apply remaining fresh cream.
8. Decorate the cake with Cherries and grated chocolate and pipe a border using cream.
