While the noodles are cooking, season the chicken as desired. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Cook noodles in boiling salted water just until tender. Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat; add mushrooms, onion, celery, and grated carrot.

- Remove noodles from the water and drain it. Put the drained noodles into a bowl (step 3) and mix well with the mixed sauce.
- Put chicken, cooked caisim and meetball on the top. Garnish it with sliced shallots and celery leaf and also fried shallots onion.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water just until tender. Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat; add mushrooms, onion, celery, and grated carrot. Season with onion powder, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, and stir in the noodles. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
