  1. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Open and rinse the goose. Pat dry. Trim the fat and excessive amounts of skin. Add a rack into bottom of the roaster. Take a fork and poke holes into the skin of the goose but don't hit the meat.
  2. Wash and peel the apples and dice them. Wash and slice the orange.
