  1. Clean chicken then add yoghurt, chop tomato, chopped coriander, chopped mint, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, biryani masala, green chilli, half lemon juice, 1 tablespoon ghee mix and marinate for 2 hours
  2. In utensil add 2 tbsp oil whole garam masala, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon ghee 4 litre water washed basmati rice
  3. Cook rice 90% and set aside
  4. Another utensil add 1/4 Cup oil
  5. Heat oil and add onions
  6. Fry onion untill golden - Then add marinated chicken - Mix well and add 1 Cup water - Add half cook rice - 1 tablespoon ghee - Add saffron milk - Or food colour mix with water - Give charcoal smoke
  7. Cover and put it on dum (low flame) for 45 minutes
  8. After 45 minutes and coriander, mint and fried onion
  9. And serv
