- Wash the all chicken add the children in same cookware were you cooking the biryani (botom should be thik)
- Add shaha jeera 1 Tsp, coriander leaves and mint leaves, Ginger garlic paste then mix it
- Then add all spices termeric powder, chilli powder, biryani masala all,fried onions
- Add curd salt mix it and add oil keep this for a long marination 1 hour
- Take the rice and soak in mater for 1/2 hour start this process directly after marination
- Take a big cookware for boiling the water add water in it
- Then add 1 Tsp ginger garlic paste,all raw spices,add 1/2 Tsp ghee and 1 spoon oil
- When the water comes to boil add all soked rice when
- Cook the rice 50 to 60 % (how to check the rice : the whiteness in the rice is gone then the rice is half cooked
- Strain the rice with the help of strainer or spider and directly add this in chicken which is marinated
- Then add colour in water then add in rice coriander and mint leaves,fried onions
- Cover this with a lid and like this and on the flame after this process for 20 to 25 minutes
- Serve it hot π€ππ
