- Firstly clean and wash chicken,marinate with all the ingredients (except green chillies, curry leaves and oil) for about half an hour at least
- Now place deep sauce pan on a medium flame add in 3tbsp oil, heat up, add in slit chillies curry leaves saute for a minute add in marinated chicken pieces, saute it on low flame…cover with a tight lid, don't add any water let chicken cook in its own juices and oil..keep stirring in between, fry until chicken completely cooked and done…garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves, serve hot..!!!
