- Marinate chicken with curd and all dry masalas,ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,salt
- Keep aside for 20 mins
- In a mixer jar take cashews, almond, til, khus khus, garlic dry coconut,Kashmiri red chilli. Make a thick paste by adding little water
- In a thick bottom pan. Add 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee..add whole garam masala
- Now add marinated chicken. Cover and cook for 10 mins until its half done
- Now add red masala paste and mix well
- Add onion paste and stir continuously
- Fry these masalas.until oil is released
- Now add some water. Cover and keep for cooking on medium flame
- Once chicken is soft and you get your desired consistency.Switch off flame..garnish it with coriander leaves
- Serve hot with rumali roti or naan.
