  1. In a pre-heated wok add oil.
  2. Once the oil is hot add the whole spices.
  3. Stir for a while and add green chillies to it.
  4. Fry the green chillies along with and add chopped onion and fry them until the raw smell disappears.
  5. Add the chicken and cook it for about 5min on a high flame.
  6. After 5min add ginger garlic paste, salt and white pepper powder and cook it for 2-3min keeping the flame on medium high heat.
  7. Pour in the almond and cashew nut paste followed by dry fenugreek leaves and cook it for an another 2-3min.
  8. Turn the flame to low and mix the curd. Cook stirring continuously for a few minutes.
  9. Finally add fresh cream and cook it for further for 2-3min.
  10. Add a little water as desired or as the per required consistency of the gravy. Place a lid.
  11. Let the chicken cook until tender.
  12. After 30-35min open the lid and check the chicken.
  13. If chicken is tender, dish out the chicken and garnish with fried green chillies.
