- Marinate chicken with half teaspoon salt,black pepper and 1 tsp lemon juice for half hour.Meanwhile soak cashewnuts and almonds for 10 minutes.Make a paste of cashewnuts,almonds,sesame seeds,2 green chillies,curd and half of malai.
- Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces in medium heat till golden brown.Set aside.Sprinkle half crushed whole garam masalas.When they sizzle,add the ginger garlic paste and fry.Add the fried chicken pieces and toss.Now add the white gravy,salt and pinch of sugar to taste.Toss all till oil leaves sides.Add 1/4 th cup water and boil for 7 to 8 minutes till chicken is tender.
- Add remaining malai and ghee.Sprinkle kasoori methi,garam masala,chopped green chillies and chopped coriander. Toss and add lemon juice,zest and chopped lime leaves,rest of chopped corianderand slit green chillies..Serve hot in dinner with tandoori roti or pulao.
