  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large deep pan over medium heat. Saute onion for 5-10 minutes until becomes soft. Add chicken and marinade mixture and cook until chicken turns white, about 5-10 minutes. Add whole cashews, korma sauce, yogurt, paneer(optional), and raisins.
  4. Set to low heat and simmer for at least 15 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add more chicken broth to keep it runny.
