  2. Add ginger garlic paste, Turmeric Powder,red chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, chopped Green chillies, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, oil. Mix well
  3. Marinate the chicken liver mix for 1 hour
  4. Keep the pan on stove and add marinated liver. Stir it well
  5. Keep the heat in medium flame and close the lid cook it for 4 minutes
  6. After 4 minutes. Stir it well close the lid for 5 minutes
  7. Make sure the water from liver evaporated and gravy should be thick. Stir it for 3 minutes to fry the chicken liver. Then serve

Wash, trim and dry the Chicken Livers. DRY fry them, NO OIL, in a frying pan, for three or four minutes until cooked through. Whilst still on the cooker add the oil, lemon juice and salt to taste. The first thing you want to do is soak the chicken livers in milk or lemon juice for a few hours or overnight. This will help to get rid of some of the strong "liver" taste.
