- Let the Cow Leg cook properly, as it's usually stubborn…it will take a while to tenderise…I cooked mine for 30-40mins….
- Blend ur Veggies, ie Fresh Tomatoes, Sombo, Atarodo & Onions as u prefer…I preferred a cross betwn smooth & coarse….oh, pssst…d extra Tomatoes in d side plate are 4 'Oga's snacking pleasures….otherwise, I would know no peace…ππ
- When the Cow Leg is cooked, pour into a bowl, & put ur Pot back on heat to dry, then add ur Vegetable Oil & Tomato Puree to fry for 3mins….Then pour in your blended Veggies, some of the Meat Stork & leave to cook for 15mins…Add in the cooked Cow Leg, 2 Knorr Chicken Stork Cubes(or as u prefer), & Curry & Thyme….Let it cook until it looks like Imoyo Stew…it will look still fresh, but cooked….
- When the Veg Oil starts to show on the top of the Stew, then ur good 2 go…pls note: I don't use Salt much in my cooking…sometimes not even a pinch at that…Stork Cubes take care of d taste buds…trust me…it is healthier…na so dem teach me o…π….Yaaay!!! We are ready to serve….
