- Make a fine paste of walnuts & cashews whish with curd set aside
- Take a nonstick wok add ghee & oil then pop in chopped onions sauté till golden brown
- Pop in chicken ginger garlic paste sauté for two minutes then add in the paste prepared with nuts & yoghurt then add in all spices give it a quick stirr then add food colour next add a glass of water cover the lid let it cook for 10 minutes on simmer flame burner
- Once the chicken is tender soft gravy is cook well then crush kasuri methi then add strands of saffron, cashews walnuts crushed, coriander leaves cook for 5 minutes until the layer of ghee / oil separates it’s ready
- Enjoy it with hot naan, tandoori roti or paratha goes well with any flavored rice like bagara rice, zeera rice, saffron rice etc..!
