Instructions to make Gravy CHICKEN NOODLES:

1. Pour the water in the wok add pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil.allow to boil.when noodles aur cooked drain it.and keep a side.
2. Boil the chicken and keep a side.
3. Heat the pan. Put the oil into the pan make it hot.then add chopped ginger and garlic.
4. Add one by one onion, carrot,french beans,baby corn and capsicum. Saute it after 3 mins put this veggies in a bowl.
5. Heat the wok with some oil and put with noodles with mix some salt and corn flour.so that it will become crispy. Keep this in the plate.
6. Heat the wok and put some oil then add veggies with chicken put salt, soya sauce, vinegar mixing it well.make a corn slurry and add to the mixer. Now when it's thicken.put to top of that fried noodles.
