- In bowl,add soya sauce,vinegar,black pepper powder,salt, chilli flakes,sugar,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add chicken boneless cubes,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In pot,add oil,marinated chicken and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes then cook on high flame until dry.
- Add capsicum,tomato,onion and mix well for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
- In a pot,add oil,garlic and mix well.
- Add tomato ketchup mix well.
- Add vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, salt, hot sauce and mix well. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes
- In one cup water,add corn flour and whisk well.
- Add it in pot,mix continuously and cook until desired consistency.
- Add sauce in cooked chicken & vegetables,mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
