- Make ready 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Prepare 1 tspoon red chilli sauce
- Prepare 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Get 1/2 tsp sugar
- Make ready 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
- Make ready 2 tsp corn starch
- Make ready Salt to taste
- Get For fried rice:
- Prepare 1 carrot
- Prepare 1 half cabbage
- Prepare 1 small capsicum
- Get 2 tbsp oil
- Take 2 cup rice
- Take 1 egg
- Take 1 tbspoon black pepper
- Get 2 tbsp soya sauce
- Get Pinch yellow color
- Make ready Salt to taste
- Get Water as required
Steps to make Chicken chilli gravy with fried rice:
- For marination: wash and chop boneless chicken to small pieces
- In a bowl, add maida, corn starch,soya sauce,salt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and sliced green chilli.
- Add some water and make it a paste
- Add chicken and coat well with the paste
- Allow to marinate for 30 mins
- To make gravy: meanwhile chop onion, green chilli, capsicum and set aside
- Heat oil in a fry pan
- Once it's heated, add marinated chicken pieces
- Deep fry until both sides are brown and crispy
- Drain in kitchen tissue and set aside
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
- Add grated garlic, green chilli and toss
- Add ginger paste and saute for a min
- Add cubed onion, capsicum and saute in high flame
- Add soya sauce and mix
- Add red chilli sauce, ketchup and salt
- Add vinegar and sugar
- Saute well
- Now add fried chicken pieces to this thick gravy and mix well
- Sprinkle finely chopped green onions
- If you want chilli dry, you can turn of flame and serve
- To make gravy, add 2 tbspoon of corn starch to bowl, add water and make thin paste
- Add this paste to chilli chicken and keep flame low
- Stir for few mins and turn off flame
- Yummy chicken chilli gravy is ready to serve
- For fried rice:heat oil in a pan, add all vegetables in it and saute
- Cook for 5 mins, set vegetables on sides of pan and set oil in center
- Beat egg in a bowl with salt, black pepper and yellow color
- Pour this beaten egg into set oil and let it cook
- When egg is cooked, make small pieces out of its
- Mix vegetables and egg, and add rice with black pepper, soya sauce, salt and water
- Let rice cook
- When water is dried, simmer for 5 mins
- Dish out and serve
