Instructions to make Red chicken gravy:
- Firstly will take oil in Kadhai add chopped onions sauté until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste & bay leave
- Now add the washed & cleaned chicken cook until colour changes to white then add the cashews powder and add whisked yoghurt
- Mix occasionally and pop in all spices & 1 cup water now cook it until the chicken gets tender then cook it on simmer flame until the oil separates lastly add coriander leaves for garnishing and it’s done.
