- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Or, until tops are crispy and golden brown.
- Lightly drizzle thick pork gravy over your crusty Portobello tops. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot. Enjoy!
Add the sausage back into the pan, stir. Spoon sausage mixture into the mushrooms, top with shredded cheese. Drain and discard grease; return sausage mixture to skillet. Rinse mushrooms and place on pan. Stuff mushrooms with uncooked sausage (trust me).
