- Shred your well spiced cooked chicken breast
- Add shredded chicken to a clean, dry pan
- Pour in chicken stock and cook for 2 mins
- Add lil corn starch slurry, to keep the chicken in place
- Get your bread ready, cut into two halves
- Grease pan with butter and place bread
- Add- in a clean bowl, ketchup/mayo/mustard/black pepper and paprika
- A lil vinegar
- Give it a quick whisk
- Ready to use
- Line/spread both bread halves with the mayo/ketchup dip then place lettuce on top
- Add sliced tomato and cucumber
- Then sautéed onion
- More mayo/ketchup dip
- Now the shredded chicken, place the 2nd half of the bread to cover. Repeat for the rest
- Serve with chilled iced tea or lemonade
