  5. Puree the mixture, scraping edges as needed.
  6. Drizzle olive oil in bottom of pan. Add 8 chicken thighs or whole bag of wings. Salt to taste. Cover with sauce and bake for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and return to oven for the remainder of the cooking time. Check for doneness (juices from chicken should run clear).

In this test, I decided to use freeze-dried strawberries. Definitely not as easy to find as fresh but most places carry them. I ground up my strawberries in a spice grinder, sifted out the large chunks and added it to my dry ingredients. Cut the remaining strawberries in half and place one half, cut-side down, in each well. Sorry to hear that- bananas would be hard to give up!
