- Take a bowl add curd ginger garlic paste salt red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder black pepper chat masala salt 2tbs lemon juice and 1 pinch red food colour and 1 tbsp oil add chicken pieces mix well and keep in freezer 2 hours and now take a pan add 2tbs oil and cook cook chicken pieces tikka and smoke koal

- Take rice and wash and sock 1hou take pan add water and salt cinnamon stick black cordamam green cordamam clove black pepper bay leaf some coriander leaves mint leaves and after boil add rice and cook 80% and drain well water help strainer and take pan add rice layer and masala layer and chicken layer same 1 by 1 layer and garnish brown onion coriander leaves mint leaves and lemon juice and milk 1/4 cup few drops rose water and smoke koal and cover it well foil paper and keep10minutes full Flam
- 15 minutes slow Flame and ready to serve with boondi raita
