  15. Prepare 2 tbsp Kasoor methi
  16. Take 1 tsp Red food color
  17. Prepare For aqni /biryani marination
  18. Get 1 cup Curd
  19. Take to taste Salt
  20. Get 3 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  21. Make ready 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  22. Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  23. Take 1 tsp Tandoori masala
  24. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  25. Get handful Coriander leaves
  26. Make ready 5 tsp Mint leaves
  27. Take handful curry leaves
  28. Make ready 3 tbsp Oil
  29. Prepare 2 tsp Shahi zeera(cumin seeds)

To assemble the biryani, put half the rice back into the tall pot. Sprinkle half the saffron over the rice followed by half.

Steps to make Chicken 65 biryani:
  1. Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, tandoori masala, vinegar and kasoori methi and keep aside.
  2. Now fry the chicken until it's half done. Remove it keep it aside.
  3. Prepare biryani marination with curd, red chilli sauce, salt, garam masala, shahi zeera, and the tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste and half cooked chicken. Coriander mint and curry leaves and left over chicken marination. Mix nicely and keep aside.
  4. Cook the basmati rice by adding salt 2 and half tbsp untill 75 % done. Drain the rice
  5. Now to layer the biryani rice and aqni put some fried onions and green chilli and curry leaves fried aong with the oil 1 cup and keep on dum for 10 to 15 min on low flame.
  6. May separately fry the leg pieces by adding little corn flour into crispy pieces and serve over the biryani as a garnish.. Enjoy with family.. Mine, all liked it and may be… will be cooked on demands.
