- Prepare 1 Cup Oil/Ghee
Steps to make Smokey Chicken Biryani:
- Marinate Chicken With Salt, tbsp Lemon Juice, Garam Masala, Red Chilli powder, White Cumin, Ginger Garlic Paste and 2tbsp Oil, Set A Side for 1 Hour.
- Take a pan add Oil For Chicken Fry,Cook Without Using Water On medium Flame.
- When Chicken, Heat a Stove On Fire and Place it on a dry piece of bread over cooked chicken,
- Now take a pot and add water leave for 2 minutes on high flame then add Bay Leaves, Green Chilli, Cinnamon, ghee, White Cumin, for boiled rice
- Then take a pot or karahi as you want add Oil cook on low flame now add onion, until the onions turn light brown, add tomatoes, Yogurt, Red Chilli powder, and add your smoke Chicken, Cook on medium flame,
- Now Put the remaining gravy on top of the rice layer and repeat the process with the remaining boiled rice with the mint leaves,and decorate the top layer of Rice with tomatoes, Green Chilli, and yellow Food Colour, and Cover the pot with a damp cloth, Cook on a very slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes and turn off the flame.
