I was wanting some seafood chowder. I changed the recipe ONLY because I am following an Atkins/Keto diet. So I used some chopped radishes instead of potatoes onions,carrots, celery. Seafood chowder: you might think it a simple, hearty seafood stew—but it's a little more wacky (and delicious!) than that.

Instructions to make Seafood chowder:
  1. Spray pot with Pam first then cut up ham and bacon. Cut bacon and ham into bite size pieces and cook together in frying pan. Leave the grease in it.
  2. Add chicken stock and bullion to bacon and ham. Scrape bottom of pot with wooden spoon. Add spices.
  3. Cut all veggies up into bite size. Add potatoes and cook till soft.
  4. Add rest of veggies. You could also add corn niblets.
  5. Add prawns, scallops and milk and cream.
  6. Scoop out and eat with French bread.
