Steps to make Gravy chicken:
- Take a Kadhai add oil then pop in chopped onions Fry until golden brown then add washed chicken & ginger garlic paste sauté until chicken colour is pink
- Further add crushed cashews & whisked yoghurt all spices with food colour mix everything well then add 1/2 cup water cover the lid & cook for 10 minutes on low flame burner just check the chicken it must be tender just adjust the gravy this will be toward thick looks delicious with butter naan,rumali roti,paratha & enjoy it.
