  3. In another khadai add 1tbsp oil.Add onion chopped and cook till transparent.Then to this add tomatoes chopped and cashews.Saute this for minutes and then add 1/4cup water and cook them with lid closed.
  4. After cooling grind them to fine paste with little water.Then in same kadhai add butter and 1tbsp oil.When oil become hot add the ginger garlic paste.When raw taste is gone add the mixture to oil.cook till oil separates.Add water and cook for 5minutes
  5. Then add cream and mix well.check salt.Then in serving bowl add kofta.Over that pour our gravy.Garnish with cream and coriander leaves chopped.Serve with roti.
