- Take 1 tsp corn flour
- Prepare 1/4 cup green onion leaves
- Take 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Instructions to make Dragon chicken and veggies:
- Marinate the chicken strips with egg, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken powder and rest for 20 minutes
- Add maida and cornflour to the marinated chicken and coat well
- Now feep fry this until golden. Set aside
- In a wok add oil and all the veggies and stir fry. Set aside
- Fry cashew nuts until golden and set asíde
- In a wok add oil, garlic and ginger and mix well. Add crushed chilli. Mix well
- Now add ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, chicken powder, salt and mix well
- Dissolve cornflour in water and add it to the sauce to thicken it.
- Now add fried veggies, cashews and chicken to the sauce and mix well until well coated
- Garnish with green onion leaves and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with garlic rice/plain rice
