Turn off heat and return chicken to the sauce. Coat chicken evenly with seasonings Heat a skillet on the stove (I use cast iron) add the oil, place the chicken in the pan. After a minute or two (when the bottom of the chicken is slightly crisp and golden) turn the chicken over. Brown chicken in butter, seasoning chicken while browning.
Instructions to make Cilantro Cream Chicken:
- Heat butter in a skillet over med-high heat.
- Sprinkle Chicken seasoning over chicken. (There is no need to measure seasoning, just sprinkle on as much as you want)
- Cook chicken on both sides until brown and juices run clear.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Remove some of butter from pan leaving about 2 tsp.
- Saute garlic in remaining butter until soft.
- Turn stove on low and add cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Add sour cream, lime juice and cilantro. Stir and cook about 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat. Cover chicken with the cilantro sauce.
- Serve.
