- Mix all the ingredients for marination and let it rest for 2 hrs.
- Saute the onions, tomatoes and chillies on the pan until soft and blend them to make a paste.
- Fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and pick them up from the pan.
- In the same pan, add paste and butter and saute for 3-4 mins.
- Add garlic ginger paste, salt, turneric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and tomato ketchup, mix them well and let it cook for 5-8 mins.
- Add chicken, mix it with the paste and let it cook for another 2-3 mins.
- Add water for desired consistency for gravy and crush methi/fenugreek on top. Let it cook for 2-3 mins
